Hair Shield

Soap is alkaline — pH 9–10. That opens the cuticle of the hair strand. It's fine for cleansing. But if the cuticle stays open, hair feels dull, rough and hard to comb.

Hårskjold brings the pH back to hair's natural level — around 4–5. The cuticle closes. Hair gains shine and slip. This isn't new science. It's vinegar in a formulation that also adds moisture.

Apple cider vinegar dissolves limescale from hard water. Panthenol penetrates the hair strand and strengthens it from within. Sodium PCA is part of the skin's own moisture factor — NMF. Aloe vera adds a little extra slip.

Anyone who washes their hair with soap. The vinegar rinse isn't optional — it's the second half of the process. Hårskjold is the finished formulation, so you don't have to mix vinegar and water in the shower. But of course you're welcome to.

Also for you who use a shampoo bar and experience dry or dull hair. pH correction helps whatever you wash with — as long as it's alkaline.

Especially for grey hair: Grey hair has a more porous cuticle and lower oil production. A vinegar rinse is even more important here. Use it every time.

Spray can — spray into your palm or directly onto wet hair after washing with soap.

As a rinse — spray into the hair, distribute with your fingers, leave it for half a minute. Rinse lightly or leave it in.

As a leave-in — spray into the hair after washing. Don't rinse. Works as daily pH correction and a moisture boost between washes. Just spritz onto dry hair.

Store at room temperature. Away from direct sunlight. Shelf life approx. 12 months.
