The rest is shea and coconut — for hardness. Olive oil is known for unusually long curing times. Castile, which is 100 % olive, has to cure for a whole year. That makes both kinds a soap that, like wine, only gets better and harder with time.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe colour comes from green clay. Genuine French green clay (illite), ultra-ventilated to the finest particle fraction.
